  • How do I determine my size? We're in the process of updating our sizing charts. Visit the 'Size Chart and Fit' tab on the product page for detailed garment measurements. We recommend comparing these with a similar item you own to find your best fit.

  • When will my order ship? You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note, orders with multiple items might be shipped separately, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.

    All orders are shipped via FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

  • Do you offer international shipping? Absolutely! International shipping is available. Please be aware that the purchaser is responsible for shipping, duty, and tax fees, which vary by country. Orders are shipped via FedEx, unless other arrangements are requested. The purchaser is responsible for all inbound and outbound fees for bounced packages.

    Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. First-time online orders qualify for a $12 shipping cost refund after purchase.

  • What is your refund policy? Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. The original payment method will be fully refunded (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s). After the refund is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reappear in your account.
