RETURN POLICY

Adeline gladly accepts returns of REGULAR PRICE items within 7 days of receiving your order, providing you with options for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. It's essential to initiate the return process within this 7-day window. Items purchased on SALE are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 7 days of delivery. SALE items encompass products on discount, promotion, or special offer. 

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, returned items must be in their original condition—undamaged, unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, with all labels and tags intact. We cannot accept items with signs of wear, alterations, or damage, including perfume, makeup, animal hair, odors, or stains.

All return, exchange, and store credit requests must be processed through our RETURN CENTER. Items sent outside of our system will not be accepted. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original payment method. Customers are responsible for ensuring their returns reach Adeline's design office.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

To initiate your return, please visit our RETURN CENTER, where you'll find detailed instructions. You'll need your order number and ZIP code (if you don't have your order number, kindly contact us). Once you complete the return process, you'll receive a printable return label for your convenience. We provide complimentary shipping labels for regular-priced item exchanges and store credits. Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds. If you're returning a sale item, shipping costs apply for exchanges, and a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. International Returns

For international returns, Adeline accepts regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements. Unfortunately, international returns, exchanges, or store credit are not available for sale items or final sale items. International exchanges for regular-priced items require an additional shipping charge. Customers must contact Adeline with an international return request before shipping eligible items. Please email us at info@adelinepjs.com.  International returns will incur additional duties or fees paid by the customer.

Damages/Missing/Stolen

In the rare event that you receive a defective or missing item from your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Please note that Adeline cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during shipping or for stolen items.
