RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer free returns on all U.S. orders.

If something’s not quite right, you can return regular-priced items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or gift card. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card within the same 15-day window.

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We can’t accept returns with signs of wear, stains, perfume, or pet hair.

To start a return or exchange, go to our RETURN CENTER. Returns sent outside of this system won’t be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
We provide a prepaid return label for all U.S. returns.
Returns must meet our eligibility conditions to be accepted and processed.
